– Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG): This typically includes 2-day shipping on weekdays, ensuring the safe arrival of your live invertebrates.
– Standard Shipping: This option depends on the vendor’s offerings and policies. Please check individual vendor listings for details.
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous 48 states of the United States, but that is subject to change.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, Isopod Exchange does not offer international shipping. We ship exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Shipping times vary depending on the vendor and the selected shipping method. For Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) shipments, you can expect delivery within 2 days of shipping, usually. Standard shipping times will depend on the vendor’s policy. However, shipping is done by third-party carriers, and there may be unexpected delays.

How Do I Place an Order?
To place an order, simply browse the marketplace, select your desired items, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
Order cancellations or changes must be coordinated directly with the vendor. Be sure to contact the vendor promptly to request modifications. Note that policies may vary by vendor.
Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?
Yes, you need an account to place an order on Isopod Exchange. Having an account allows you to track your orders, communicate with vendors, and access your purchase history.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order through your Isopod Exchange account. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided by the vendor if available. You can then go to track orders, and enter your Order ID (found in your order confirmation email) and Billing email (the email you used during checkout).
How Can I Return a Product?
Returns are subject to each vendor’s return policy. Please review the vendor’s terms before making a purchase. If you need assistance, contact the vendor directly. If issues remain unresolved, reach out to support@isopodexchange.com with your order details for further investigation.
Refund Policy
– Refunds for cancellations, returns, or issues are determined by the vendor. Buyers should contact the vendor directly for refund requests.
